Client Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Provide accurate and lawful subscriber data for email campaigns.
- Ensure all content and materials provided to us do not infringe on any third-party rights or laws.
- Comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act, GDPR, and other data protection regulations.
- Obtain proper consent from all subscribers before sending emails.
You are solely responsible for the legality and accuracy of any subscriber data you provide.
Payment and Billing
- Fees are outlined in our proposal, invoice, or service agreement.
- Payment is due according to the terms on the invoice (e.g., upfront, monthly, or commission-based).
- Late payments may incur interest charges of [5%] per month and may result in suspension of Services.
Data Privacy

Termination
